The lovely and talented Mona Qaddoumi does things with a hoop in this video that I didn’t even know were possible. I thought I must have imagined the no-handed step-through until I saw it mentioned in the comments. But regardless of whether you know or care about the names of the tricks, she is among the fastest and most fluid hoopers I have ever seen and simply amazing to watch. She goes by the handle ShpongledHoops on YouTube, so if this sort of thing floats your boat you must take a gander.
